How It Works
Simple rules so everyone gets a fair turn
Our demo program is the largest in St. Louis. To keep gear in great shape and available to other players, please review the rules before you reserve.
- Up to 2 demos at a time on the 2-demo plans, or up to 4 demos on the 4-demo plans.
- Swap freely, bring a demo back any time during your plan window and switch to a different model.
- Credit card on file for every demo plan. Credit cards only, we cannot accept debit cards or cash for demo holds.
- Text-message reminders sent before your demo is due back so you never miss a return date.
- Late fees: $5 per demo per day after we close on the due date. Late fees are non-refundable.
- 3+ days late: the credit card on file is charged the full retail price (typically $250–$600 per racket or paddle) and the demo becomes yours.
- Pro tip: if you need more time, just call (314) 995-6860 before the due date and we’ll extend you. We’re flexible, we just need to know.

Demo program questions
Do I need an appointment to start a demo?
No appointment is needed. Walk in any time during business hours and our staff will help you select demos that fit your level and style. Calling ahead at (314) 995-6860 helps us reserve specific models.
Can I take demos to my own court or club?
Yes, demos go home with you. Hit them at your home court, your country club, or with your coach. The whole point is to try gear in real conditions.
What if I’m running late getting a demo back?
Just call us before close on the due date. We’ll extend your demo with no late fees. The $5/day late fee only kicks in if we don’t hear from you and the demo isn’t returned.
Why a credit card and not debit or cash?
The credit card hold is the safety net that lets us send hundreds of dollars of equipment home with anyone who walks in. We don’t pre-authorize or charge it unless a demo is 3+ days late.
Do my demo fees expire?
Demo credit toward a purchase stays good for 90 days after your last demo. After that the credit expires, so once you’ve narrowed it down, lock in your purchase to maximize savings.
